Eligibility Criteria & Onboarding Steps

  • You MUST be 18 years old or above to ride.

  • You MUST Have a valid ID, Driving License or Student ID

  • You MUST Pass the training and knowledge test and get your Sofred Pass

  • Register on the Sofred app and verify identity. It is NOT allowed to Use others App to Ride.

  • You MUST fully Agree to the Terms & Conditions

  • You MUST Add a valid payment method

  • You MUST follow the area special rules, and riding instructions.
