1- How to use Sofred App

2- How do I know the prices?

For vehicles specific prices please scan the QR code of the vehicle or press on the icon to see the vehicles card which contain the prices details.

3- I started the ride but the Sofred does not work.

Please make sure you push by one feet to more than 5 km/h and then press the accelerator.

4- How do I add credit to my account?

We have three ways to add credit:

1- Via My Wallet page in the Sofred App.

2- Bank transfer, please contact us via WhatsApp or call to get the details.

3- Cash in sales points:

Nizwa: Nizwa Cafe

Sur: AlHawsh restaurant, Brew oz cafe

5- Can I use one phone to start multiple Rides?

Yes sure, you can start up to 5 rides using one phone. After starting the first ride, please use the “Add ride” Botton on the bottom of the app.

  • Please check the time indicator in the app after you start the ride.

    Also there will be a notification sent to you before the wallet credit runs out.

    The ride price will be visible once the ride is ended.

  • Yes sure, you can fide it in the subscription page in the app. Please select where would you like to use and see the available subscriptions.
